Everything starts in Barcelona

Our production takes place at our facilities in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona), where we operate two production halls dedicated to different stages of the process. In one, raw materials are received, products are manufactured and initial quality checks are carried out. In the other, final finishing, verification, packaging and logistics and commercial management take place. From here, thousands of brake discs are shipped every year to motorcycles all over the world, with performance and safety as our core values.

Premium materials, proximity and total control

One of our key differentiators is that we work exclusively with high-performance AISI 420 stainless steel, sourced mainly from Spain, France, Belgium and Japan. This allows us to deliver stronger brake discs with better heat dissipation and greater durability, even under extreme conditions.

In addition, manufacturing in Europe requires compliance with the most demanding quality and safety standards. For this reason, every brake disc undergoes rigorous inspections, both during production and in the quality department, following the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard.

More sustainable, more responsible

Another major benefit of manufacturing in Europe is the reduction of environmental impact. By working with nearby suppliers and avoiding long-distance transportation, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint. In addition, having greater control over production processes allows us to implement responsible measures such as improved waste management and the use of more energy-efficient solutions.
